Its a great app that makes you feel the burn. Its hard getting back to exersizing and making it a habit, but with the short yet effective work outs I think that I can burn off the Halloween candy! Definitely recommend it to anyone starting out. Also has different levels depending on the difficulty you choose. 10/10
I been looking for an easy and quick workout that works for long time I am a mother of two and dont have a lot of free time this is a great app and it works

Some bad moments

Kind of a pain to switch back and forth between screens to see how the exercises are supposed to be done
I like the workouts and how it talks to you and tells you like 5 seconds left! And stuff like that. But it could use more of a description to the workouts. I hate that you have to upgrade it to get more workouts to be intermediate and expert and to customize it :( Overall its a good app, Ive seen results doing it everyday + my regular exercises. It would check it out.
A little difficult if you have back problems. I had a hard time with the plank but doing them from my knees worked out better to relieve back pain.
This app is pointless. It just tells you to do certain things (ex: "lets start with some bicycles") but it doesnt show you how to do the exercises at all. Not even a picture. Not worth the time I spent downloading.
It always reminds me when to work out !! Keeps me on track and although they arent that long you will definitely feel the burn !! Good for anyway that wants a quick workout love it
